Crab ravioli by Khtqkc

Ingredients

Filling: Crabmeat 1/2 c. ricotta parm s/p Sauce: Butter Gar Red pepper flakes heavy cream basil/oil cube italian seasoning s/p lemon Parm Topper: parm parsley

Instructions

Ravs:
Make full batch from pasta recipe
Roll small golf balls. Don't form ravs til all circles are cut so you know how much filling you need for each one

Sauce:
Aaute butter, gar, red pepper flakes
Add heavy cream, let cook down a bit
Add rest of ingredients and some pasta water to thin it out a bit since it'll thicken up later when you add ravs to cook in sauce

Partially boil ravs
Transfer to sauce
Add topper, cook

Makes ~17 ravs
Store: Saran Wrap, foil, single layer ravs, repeat
