Ingredients

1 tbls. butter1 med onion (chopped fine)1-4.5 can chopped green chillies, drained1-8oz. pkg. cream cheese-cut up and softened3 1/2 cups cooked, chopped chicken(4-5 breast)8-8inch flour tortillas2-8 oz. pkg shredded Montrey Jack cheese2 cups whipping cream

Instructions

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add onion and saute for 5 min. Add green chillies;saute 1 min. Stir in cream cheese,and chicken; cook stirring until cream cheese melts. Spoon 2-3 tbls. of chicken mixture down center of each tortillas and place seam side down in a lightly greased baking dish.  Sprinkle with cheese and frizzle with whipping cream.  Bake at 350 for 45 min. (you may want to cover with foil the last 10 minutes.Serve with salsa and sour cream.
