Ingredients

Optional protein (shrimp) 6 cloves gar 1/2 lg on 1 c. aborio rice 1/3 c. white wine 2.5 c. broth fresh whole baby spinach parm

Instructions

Optional: Saute protein, remove from pan

Add oil/butter, gar, on, s/p
Add rice, cook 2 min.
Add wine, cook til absorbed ~2 min.
Add warmed up stock, ladle by ladle til absorbed ~13-15 min.
Add s/p, spinach, (optional lemon zest/juice)

Makes 4 servings
