German Pancake by

Ingredients
Heat oven to 425. Melt 1/2 stick butter in a 12" fry pan.
Mix 2 eggs(beaten slightly) with 1/2 cup plain flour and
1/2 cup milk. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into
the melted butter in the frypan and BAKE at 425 for 15 min.
Recipe may be doubled for 2, 12" pancakes.
Instructions
Serve with syrup. One pancake may be shared between two people.
