Gooey, Cheesy Party Dip by
Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese @ room temperature
4 ounces canned diced green chilis ( not spicy)
1 cup Old Havana Foods All Natural Sauteed Seasoning ( Sofrito) or Old Havana Foods Chili Cubano
1/2 can Old Havana Foods Seasoned Black Beans- drained
1 4 0z. link of crumbled fully cooked sausage
6 ounces Shredded cheese ( Jack, Cheddar etc)
Pita chips or tortilla chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350. Coat a 9 inch square or round baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Place softened cream cheese in a bowl and stir until smooth. Add chilis- and stir until combined. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over bottom of the baking dish.
3. Spread Sofrito ( or Chili Cubano) evenly over cream cheese layer, sprinkle with drained black beans and crumbled sausage. Top with cheese.
4. Bake uncovered 20-25 mjnutes until brown. Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.
Serves 6-8.
