Ramen Stir Fry by
Ingredients
This recipe is great with leftover meat.
2 packages ramen (whichever kind that you have meat for)
Vegetable Oil
Veggies (I like onions, squash, or even just a package of stir fry veggies from the produce department at the store)
2 eggs
1 clove garlic minced
1 jar of stir fry sauce
Instructions
Warm up your leftover meat, like in an air fryer or microwave, doesn't have to be hot hot, but not cold.
Heat up Vegetable oil (about 3 tablespoons) in a wok or skillet, or the blackstone. Toss in garlic for about 30 seconds, and then the eggs, scramble the eggs while they cook. Then toss in your veggies and cook until tender 8-10 minutes. Add your meat and stir altogether. Pour in your stir fry sauce and toss to coat.
