Slow Cooker Sweet Potato Casserole by milo6456

Ingredients

2 (29 oz) cans of sweet potatoes, drained and mashed 1 tbs orange juice 2 eggs 1/2 c milk 1/3 c butter, melted 2 tbs white sugar 1/3 c brown sugar 2 tbs all purpose flour or cornstarch 2 tbs butter, melted

Instructions

1. Lightly grease slow cooker.
2. In a large bowl, blend sweet potatoes, 1/3 c. butter, white sugar and 2 tbs brown sugar.
3. Beat in orange juice, eggs, and milk.
4. Transfer this mixture to prepared casserole dish (slow cooker).
5. In a small bowl, combine 1/3 c brown sugar, flour (or cornstarch), and 2 tbs of butter.
6. Spread the mixture over the sweet potatoes.
7. Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 3 or 4 hours.
