Ingredients
Crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup margarine, melted
1/3 cup powder sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup oats
Filling:
1 (6 oz.) Greek yogurt, plain
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1/2 tsp mint extract
1 tsp crème de menthe
1 tsp green creme de menthe
Topping:
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
3 drops green food coloring
Instructions
Crust: Beat flour, margarine, sugar, salt & crackers.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cool completely.
Filling: Beat Greek yogurt, marshmallows, vanilla extract, syrup, mint extract, and crème de menthes.
Spread over Crust.
Topping: Mix cool whip and green food coloring. Spread over Filling layer.
Decorate.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
