3 cups of cake flour sifted 2 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 2/3 cup of butter stick butter works the best 3/4 cups white sugar 2 large eggs white or brown 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla 1/4 cup of milk baking spray cupcake liners cupcake pans mixing bowl and hand mixer or regular mixer

preheat oven to 350 degrees
sift flour, baking powder and salt set aside. line muffin pans and lightly spray non stick spray. cream butter and sugar together then add eggs and vanilla then alternate flour and milk mix everything together. Pour mixture into muffin pans and bake 20-25 minutes. ice or leave plain your choice.
