Easy cheesy potatoes by
Ingredients
4-6 large potatoes, thinly sliced (or however you like)
1/2 melted butter
1/2 tbsp. dry oregano
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. pepper
Cooking spray
2 cups cheddar cheese
Instructions
1)Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2)Lightly grease a 9" x 13" baking dish, and assemble sliced potatoes into rows and slightly overlap each potato over another.
3)Pour melted butter all over top of the potatoes, add more butter if necessary. Sprinkle the dried oregano, salt, and pepper all over top and put into oven for 8-10 minutes, or until each potato is cooked all the way through.
4)After potatoes cook, add cheese all over top and put back into the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
5)Serve and enjoy!
