Kue Basah (LARGE) by
Optional variations:
Cinnamon Sugar: Make batter as described. Pour half in the pan, and then sprinkle cinnamon mixed with brown sugar. Pour the rest of the batter, and then add more cinnamon sugar on top.
Apple/Pear: Make batter as described. Coat 1 apple or 1 pear with brown sugar and cinnamon. Fill the pan with half the batter, and layer apple/pear on top. Repeat an apple/pear layer on top.
Chocolate marble: Make batter as described. Spoon out one cup of batter to a separate bowl and mix with 1-2tbs cocoa powder. Fill pan with the original batter, and then swirl the chocolate batter on top (pour the chocolate batter first if the cake will be upside down)
Ingredients
1t baking soda
1.5t baking powder
1/4t vanilla
1t SP or pengembang kue
1/4c white sugar
1/4c brown sugar
5 eggs
1.5c all purpose flour
0.5c cornflour
1/4c dry milk
1/2c melted butter
Instructions
1. Combine baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, SP, sugar and eggs in a large bowl. Mix on high speed for 5-8 minutes, until the batter is white and fluffy.
2. Combine flour, cornflour andd dry milk. Slowly add flour mixture to wet mixture, alternating with melted butter as needed. Add more butter or water if too dry.
3. Pour into a floured and greased bundt pan. Bake at 350' for 20-30 minutes, or until done.
