Mushroom pork chops with oven roasted potatoes by
Ingredients
4-6 thick boneless or bone in pork chops your choice
1 lb or russet potatoes, make sure to scrub under cold water with a vegetable brush
1-2 jars of mushroom gravy
two cans of green beans or fresh green beans your choice
salt and pepper to taste
13*9 baking pan I like to use throw away pans so it is less clean up
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 176.7 degrees Celsius
While your oven is preheating, rinse your porkchops in cold water and line them in the baking pan.
Next wash and chunk your potatoes line them around the pork then add your green beans.
Pour your gravy over your pork chops and over your potato and vegetables if you choose to. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Once the oven is preheated place the baking dish on the bottom rack and cook for 45 minutes to 60 minutes until the pork is no loner pink inside, and the potatoes are soft . If the pork or the potatoes are not fully cooked cook it another 10 minutes.
