Chicken & Rice by
I really like using Rice Select Royal Blend, Signature Varietal Blend. Here is a link to it: https://amzn.to/3w0k0YO .
It comes in a clear plastic 1 pound, 5oz container & found with the other rice brands at the store.

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts (raw)
1 cup wild rice (Uncle Ben's OR Rice Select Royal Blend)
2 cups water
1 envelope of Lipton's Onion Soup Mix (dry)
salt and pepper
Paprika and dry parsley (if you want)
Instructions
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Mix rice & water in a 11 x 14 casserole dish.
Place chicken on top.
Salt and pepper the chicken.
Pour soup mix over the chicken and over the rice/water mixture.
Mix the soup mix into the rice/water.
Leave the dry soup mix on the chicken.
Shake a little paprika and dry parsley over the top (if desired).
Cover with foil and cook about 45 minutes.
Remove foil and cook another 15 minutes to brown the chicken and to let the rice absorb the water. (If the rice is too dry, you can add a little water to it.)
