Frozen Hot Chocolate (Diabetic friendly) by Sanne

Sweetness may vary with the sweeteners used. I recommend experimenting a bit. This recipe will be pretty sweet (the original reads 2-3 tbsp of sugar for one cup) so feel free to start with less and add and re-blend if not sweet enough.

Ingredients

1.5 tbsp cocoa powder pinch of salt 1/2 cup milk 1 cup ice cubes 4 artificial sweeteners (equaling to four sugarcubes/teaspoons of sugar in sweetness) 2 tbsp milk powder

Instructions

Put ice cubes and milk in blender. Add dry ingredients on top and blend until smooth. Yields about 1 cup.

Serve with a straw and a spoon.

Optionally serve with whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings.
