Parmesan & Ritz Crusted Tilapia by Brooknt

Goes great with garlic & herb quinoa, and green beans.

Ingredients

-3 Tablespoons Butter (melted) -1 Lemon -1/4 tsp. Onion Powder -1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder -1/4 tsp. Chili Powder -1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese -5-6 Tilapia Filets (thawed) -1 column of Ritz crackers

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 420 degress
2. Spray baking dish with non-stick spray
3. Melt butter, and mix with onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, and juice from 1 squeezed lemon.
4. Place crackers in ziplock bag, and crush them. Rolling pin works well. Then place in flat dish.Mix in Parmesan cheese.
5. Drench filet in butter mixture, then cover with cracker/cheese mix.
6. Place on sheet and bake for 15-20 min.
